FULL BODY MOTORCYCLE
We have all had the flu this week and had a terrible time with it. Ryan is the healthiest person I have ever met and it even devastated him. It’s not Covid, by the way!
Best news, I’m finally diagnosed after suffering from chronic pain for years. I saw so many doctors but no one could tell me what was wrong.
I went to Dr Tang at Pall Mall Medical for a full checkup and was diagnosed with arthritis in the hip and shoulders, a 6mm tear in my right shoulder, and a protruding disc in the chest. back.
I also have a cyst on my ovary and a cyst on my liver, but they’re small enough to go away right now. So the next step for me is to have an operation on the back to remove the disc. I’m so glad I now have a solution.
MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES
Sunday was World Mental Health Day, a cause close to my heart. It’s so important to raise awareness and get people talking about mental health.
As you know, I’m now the Creative Advisor for Thrillz, who creates personalized celebrity video messages. So to mark the occasion, we decided that I was going to surprise a fan.
Her name is Steffie Clayson and, like me, she lives with bipolar disorder. We talked about our struggles – she is such an amazing woman. She was so brave to speak openly about what she went through. She now has my personal number and we texted each other. We will meet again soon and go have a coffee
IT’S NEVER TOO LATE
I told you in a previous column that I recently reconnected with my friend Ampika Pickston after we had stopped talking for a few years.
We are now in the process of launching a new show called Mend My Friendship. It was Ampika’s idea! We want other people who have lost touch to reconnect like we did.
Whether it’s something mundane like arguing over a bill, or something a little more serious like sleeping with your friend’s husband, we want to hear from you!
If you would like to participate and you are over 18, you can send an email to [email protected] It’s never too late to redeem yourself. I missed Ampika so much and I’m so glad she is back in my life.

October is World Menopause Month and I think it’s important to help women understand the health issues and symptoms that come with menopause. I’ll be honest, I’m afraid to go through this. There was a time when I thought I was. I have night terrors and I wake up in a hot sweat. It only happens every now and then, but sometimes the sheets get wet. I even went for a test, but I’m not doing it yet.
I have such a problem about my age and aging. I consider myself a cool and young mom. I know it sounds silly, but I don’t like the idea of being an older woman.
DAWN LOOKS GRAY-T
Dawn French showed off her new look last week after kissing her gray hair and getting a crop. I think she looks amazing, but so different. She is almost unrecognizable as her black bob was her signature look. It’s like when Sharon Osbourne gave up her red hair and turned gray. They get away with it, however.
I have a few grays coming up, but I’m sticking to my purple for now!
